HRPO Steel Production Process:

• Hot Rolling: The process begins with hot rolling, where steel slabs or billets are heated above their recrystallization temperature in a furnace.
• Descaling: The Hot steel is then passed through a series of high-pressure water jets or mechanical rollers to remove any surface scale or impurities.
• Pickling: Next, the steel goes through a pickling process, where it is immersed in an acidic solution (usually sulfuric acid) or passed through an acid bath to remove any remaining scale, rust, or oxides from the surface.
• Rinsing: After pickling, the steel is thoroughly rinsed with water to neutralize the acidic solution and remove any residual acid.
• Oiling: Once clean, the steel is coated with a thin layer of oil to prevent oxidation and corrosion during storage and transportation. This oil coating also improves the surface finish of the steel and provides temporary rust protection.
• Coiling or Cutting: Finally, the HRPO steel is either coiled into large rolls or cut into sheets of various lengths and widths, depending on customer specifications and end-use requirements.
